• Only items that are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged will be accepted. 
• Product tags must be attached and items must be free from any signs of wear such as: stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, make-up, and animal hair. 
• Almost everything is eligible for return except sale items, bodysuits, shapewear, and jewelry.
• We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition.
