Upon receiving an order back to our online office, customers will be notified within 3 business days. A notification will be sent via email, regarding receiving the package back. The package will be held at a maximum of 48-72 business hours, and it could be reshipped with fulfillment of an addition shipping fee.
In the moment that we do not receive a response, a gift card will be issued for use online only at thisthoughtcounts.com only and will have an applied 20% restocking fee.
**Please note that restocking fees and/or reshipping fees can not be waived under any circumstances. If a gift card is issued it cannot be transferred for in store use.
