Using Your Gift Card
To redeem a gift card, sign into your Sheila Powers online account. Upon checking out, you will have the option to enter a gift card number. If you do not use the full amount, the remainder will remain on the gift card for future use. Please note that online gift cards can only be used online and can not be transferred for use in store.

 

Placing an Order
After you have added an item to your cart, you will be prompted to review your cart. Here, you may review all items in your cart, update quantities, remove items or return to the product detail page.  Once you have reviewed the items in your cart, you may either continue shopping or proceed to checkout and place your order. 

 

Payments and Verifications
We cannot change form of payment once an order has been placed. We reserve the right the right to ask for validation of your payment. If we cannot process your order due to a billing or address issue, we can refund the payment to the original payment method. 
When placing your order, please ensure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit or debit statement. In the event that your information (including your shipping address) does not match exactly what your credit or debit card has on file, your order may be held pending verification. This may require us to contact you directly. When specifying shipping address information, be sure to check that the zip code, city and state are correct. 
Cancellation Policy 
You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request an edit or cancellation of an order.
Editing is approved based on inventory, and is not guaranteed. 
In some cases, orders are shipped within 24 hours from time of purchase and cannot be cancelled once a tracking number is issued. 
If you need to put in a request please do so immediately by calling Customer Service as orders can be shipped the same day of purchase.
Discount codes cannot be applied after purchase has been confirmed.
